This course consist of 4 times a 5 hour afternoon on a Friday. It is slightly useful in the sense that they make you think about how to tackle more complicated tasks, and to see possible problems. They talk about ways to solve that, or how it can help to have a different point of view on things.
But, it is all very basic, and with a bit of logic thinking, you can think of everything yourself as well. For example, if you would have a problem with your supervisor, their advise is to talk about it, or if you have to do something you don’t like so much, you can put on some music while doing it….. Everything goes also very slowly during the class. You have to talk about topics for an hour, what you also could have done in 10 minutes.
In conclusion, I would not recommend this course.
