I took it in January 2015, it was the first time of this new version of the course. Teachers adapted to the speed people was learning, this let the topics covered to be nicely and properly studied. Of course some of the last aims were not covered then, but that´s why they also have an advance course. It was really useful to get a nice glimpse of the R code and how to do some basic but useful data analysis and organization. I already had some experience working in C++ but I think that even if you don´t have any it is a good way to start. Highly recommended as introductory course and a good use of the credits you have to take anyway.
